Photosynthetic and Respiratory complexes: from structure to function

A satellite meeting to the 17th International Congress on Photosynthesis Research

August 13-162016, Verviers, Belgium

The topic of the meeting is the structure and function of large protein (super)complexes and membrane proteins involved in the light reactions of photosynthesis and in respiratory proteins. We have selected some interesting topics in these fields including a section about ion channels to discuss current challences and state-of-the-art science.

The meeting is organized as a satellite meeting to the international congres of photosynthesis in Maastricht, but is open to everybody interested in the topic.

The maximal number of participants is restricted to 100, so it is important to register in time.

We encourage submissions to short oral presentations by each young scientist that will present a poster on one of the following subthemes : NDH complexes, Proton-Pumping Oxidases, Photosystems, Antennae, ATP synthases, Supercomplexes, Ion channels

We hope to see you in Verviers!
